Overview

This trek will take me and my Cannondale Six Carbon 5 from St. Augustine, FL to San Diego, CA (the 3,092.5 mile Southern Tier Adventure Cycling route). The planned start date is "early 2011", which is largely dictated by work. Probably Februray. My hope is to minimize sweating.

There are more scenic routes through this nation, but they are all considerably longer. It's my hope to accomplish these ~3,000 miles in approximately one month. That won't leave a lot of time for chatting with the locals; but that's okay because I don't really care that much for talking.
