BookWorm Solver comes with a large word list which it indexes and is subsequently able to easily find all possible solutions, nearly instantaneously, after you type in the current board configuration.

Source code (Xcode project) and binaries are available. BookWorm Solver requires Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) or later (Ocelot?).
